Advance Information Management Society Work in NULM programme to started 2014 in Ujjain, Indore, badnagar, Dhar, Pithampur, Nimuch, Mandsour, Badwani, kharhgon, Datiya, Jhabua,etc.<\/p>

SHG means Self Help Group, it is a group of 12 to 15 members with a registered name and the members selected their President and Secretary from the group. A bank account has been opened after passing a resolution of saving a minimum amount monthly. Earlier it was be of women only but the new guideline issued by NRLM, now men will also be a part of SHG. The main aim of making SHG is to make people united so that policy of implementation of any scheme, news or guideline will directly shared with a maximum number of people. Secondly the members shall be selected from different households of the area and they not only convey the message to their family members but also discuss their problems and need for the society. The scheme of community development is based on SHGs. All groups will meet every month. In this meeting all members will be discussing their basic needs, importance of literacy and right based issues, project staff would disseminate the information for running ShgS maintaining accounts, sharing small amounts among the members, decision for taking interest, development, Health and Hygiene, Malnutrition problem, promotion of education in the society. Through these SHGs groups it will be quite easy to make them aware about the current issues as well as to make them united to start their own short terms ventures for their socio-economic development. The members of these SHGs will be motivated towards skilled development training and also be helpful for promotion of their local cultural activities. A cluster meeting of these women is arranged to deliver the objective, aim and working responsibility of the programme. Simultaneously a bank account has been opened of every self help group so that a regular income is saved and gradually made them economically strong. The society after aware and united them\u00a0 concentrate towards fulfillment of their needs, Problem of open sanitation, decrease of water level, proper drainage system and other genuine problems are shared and with the help of SHG members and other villagers society will make the plan and implement it through the proposed project. Lack of education illiteracy is another issue to concentrate, with the help of trained resource people society will organize short term trainings like-vice making of Surf, Neel, Jhadu, Agarbatti and Silai Kadai relevant to that areas need and market. The society is making plan to work by involving Govt. Departments like Health Departments, Jila Panchayat, Janpad also. Health Camps for HB, Blood group, Diabetes are also be managed. Short pits and Sanitation work has been implemented along with the help of Jila Panchayat. For education society motivates SHG members to involve in learning Hindi up to a level where they can able to read and sign simultaneously insist them to send their children for education. Overall the whole project has been designed in the shadow of community development along with socio economic stability.<\/p>

Making of SHGs is the pillar of community development and is purely based on creating leadership quality and awareness in between the community people. It\u2019s a procedure to develop confidence and to make them able to live a main stream life with economic growth and it can be executed only through an impressive and grass root training imparted for SHGs members to create confidence and relevant with the working procedure and to aim the target set or. We had highly experienced in the same as we had arranged and executed the meetings under so many programme sanctioned by different Govt. agencies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Implementation of better solid waste management can be achieved only if there is active and effective community participation. Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities play major role in achieving the success of the implementation of modern MSWM. Awareness amongst the community and different stakeholders to meet the demands of the new system for a cleaner environment requires a detailed and thorough understanding at every stage.<\/span>One of the major components covered in \u201cSwachh Survekshan\u201d is framing and implementation of Information, education and behavior change communication (IEBC) strategy. With the Financial Grant Support from NACO (National AIDS Control Organization) and MPSACS (Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Society), AIMS undertakes various programs and camps for HIV AIDS AWARENESS in most of the rural and urban areas including four districts namely Ujjain, Dewas, Dhar and Mandsaur. Our target group for this program is Migrant Community, as they are considered as HRG (High Risk Group) by Ministry of Health and NACO. In Sensitive areas of all districts and near by places mostly for Migrant Community are highly HIV AIDS prone areas. Because migrants are not local residents, they are living away from their family and most of the times they do unsafe sexual intercourse with unknown sex partners, and this is one of the main reasons for being HIV Positive patient., we also organize regular free counseling sessions for our HRGs who are willing to know and understand about HIV AIDS and disadvantages of unsafe sex. We also educate to them for condom usage, HIV and STI management, our field workers, counselor and Project Manager Facilitate and coordinate all necessary Health facilities with District Hospitals, ICTC and ART center. We also provide First Aid treatment, dressing of wounds and abscess management for HRGs at our Static clinic and DIC.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There is a saying that Children are the future of any country. But India is having danced population and poverty at large. There fore a big problem is continuity in education for children. ILO (International Labor Organization- Geneva) and Child Labor Department have organized an exclusive training program for school children who are involved in child labor activities. We have appropriately managed the program in 30 schools in urban and rural area.
